Planning

Purpose:

Planning is the phase in which the strategic vision is translated into a detailed and controlled execution plan. In this stage, the final scope of the project is defined, breaking down deliverables, activities, and responsibilities. Specific plans are developed for managing schedule, costs, quality, risks, procurement, communications, and human resources, ensuring consistency and realism.

Success criteria, measurement metrics, and checkpoints are established to assess the progress and quality of deliverables. The integration of technical and business areas is also coordinated, ensuring that all stakeholders understand their roles and key milestones.

A solid work plan at this stage is the roadmap that allows you to anticipate problems, optimize resources, and ensure execution aligned with strategic objectives.
